Does the Nvidia Shield TV have ACR?
Yes.
Yes. It runs Android TV and the fingerprinting is on unless you turned it off. The toggle is "Samba Interactive TV".
Older Android TV sets from Sony, Hisense, Sharp, and Philips ship the same Samba TV opt-in as Google TV. If you accepted it during setup, the set fingerprints every input. Google's own tracking is app-level only.

- Open Settings, then Device Preferences, then Usage & diagnostics, and turn it off
- Open Settings, then Device Preferences, then About, then Legal information, and open Ads. Choose to opt out of ads personalisation, and reset the advertising ID while you are there. Some sets put Ads directly under Device Preferences instead.
What the switch does not cover
- Verdict shown as ACR because we cannot tell from the network whether Samba is enabled. Check the Apps list.
